RETURN POLICY:
We allow 14 days to return or exchange any shoes that have not been worn or damaged. Custom orders and jewlery are not returnable. Shoes must be tryed on carpeting. If you would like to return or exchange an item, just fill out the form included in the box and send the return items to:

Shipping charges are not refundable.
We use FED EX super saver as our standard shipping method. All items that are in stock will be shipped the day following your order. You should receive the shoes in approximately 4-5 business days from the day it was shipped. If you would like faster service we do offer 2nd day FED EX and overnight FED EX. (Please note: if you would like Saturday delivery you must choose overnight service.)
